Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to public safety concerns and precautions at this time we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Cancelling an order

We do not cancel or refund orders once they have been placed.

Damaged or Defective Products

We will provide full or partial refunds on orders that are damaged or defected outside of the customer’s control. Contact info@hlocare.com if you receive a damaged or defected order. Refunds are issued to the account used to place the order.

I didn't receive my package but it shows as delivered. What do I do?

If an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at the time of order, HLOCare is not responsible to refund or replace the order. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
